Returns:

Rusty Cat's goal is for every single customer to have the utmost satisfaction with their purchase, and to feel as fabulous as you look wearing it. If, however, this is not the case when you receive your item, we can exchange it for you or issue you a store credit if it is received back to us within 14 days from the time of purchase in great condition with no flaws, damage, or odor. In order to ship items back to you, you will be responsible for any shipping costs. All clearance/sale items are final sale!! At Rusty Cat, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our official shipping window is within 7 days of purchase. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, however, occasional delays may occur due to order volume, holidays, or other circumstances. As a small shop, we appreciate your patience and support, and we always strive to ship every order as quickly and efficiently as we can.
